Breathwork beginners welcome! ✨ Driven by my passion for holistic therapies and deep curiosity about human nature, my journey into Breathwork teaching began when I could no longer ignore the disconnect between my inner and outer worlds. Burnt out and unfulfilled - feeling like I was doing what I “should do” by society’s expectations instead of what felt right for me - I quit my job in PR to figure out my next steps. Following an extended solo trip to Bali, I returned to London and chose (albeit terrified) to follow my intuitive calling to support others on their own healing and transformative journeys. Fast forward, my mission now is to help others soften into their truth and align with their true authentic selves through the power of breath and nervous system healing. Teaching both Restorative breathwork (Pranayama) and SOMA Breath modalities, my work is grounded in a down-to-earth, heart-centered and trauma-informed approach.
