Immersive Sound Bath at Saatchi Gallery - 22.07

Unwind with a 60-minute sound bath with Lucia set against the backdrop of Saatchi Gallery's beautiful exhibitions. Let the resonant tones wash over you as you sink into deep relaxation, surrounded by art and atmosphere. 📍 Saatchi Gallery 🕡 6:30pm – 8:30pm, we will be starting at 7PM so please get there for then as you will not be able to join after 7. 🧘 60 minutes A yoga mat will be provided but please bring your own water, and anything else that helps you feel relaxed - a blanket, pillow, bolster, or eye mask are all lovely additions. Sound baths aren't suitable if you're in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, have metal pins or bolts fitted, or have epilepsy or a seizure condition. If any of these apply to you, or if you're at all unsure, please check with your doctor before booking a session. I use an ocean drum in my sound baths. If you have a fear of the sea or just aren't comfortable with that sound, let me know and I'll leave it out - it's not essential to the experience.
