Fre Dance and Movement

This dance company was created in loving memory of my Nana, who had a lifelong love for dancing and movement. Inspired by her joy and my own passion for dance, this space was built to be a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for dancers of all backgrounds. Our focus is on community, confidence, and creativity- a place where adults can come together to learn, grow, and simply enjoy dancing without pressure or judgment. Classes are welcoming, inclusive, and all about feeling good in your body. Currently offering adult dance classes in Hip-Hop, Commercial and Contemporary with more to come.
