I AM HER was founded by Rania Marlene, whose own struggles with unreliable mentorship and stalled business growth inspired her to create a movement that connects women entrepreneurs with proven, experienced mentors. Recognizing that many women feel stuck, frustrated, or unsupported in their business journeys, I AM HER serves as both a mentorship network and a sisterhood - vetting credible mentors, fostering financial literacy, and providing a safe, empowering community for women ready to grow, scale, and lead. The organization champions women across all ages and backgrounds, helping them turn pain into purpose, build lasting legacies, and achieve financial freedom. More than a business network, I AM HER is a global movement redefining what it means for women to rise together- with the right people, the right guidance, and the right community.
