It Started With Cake & Coffee is a welcoming women’s meet-up series hosted across Birmingham and Wolverhampton, designed to create space for connection, reflection, and growth. Each event includes a form of guided coaching, breathwork to start the session off on a positive and supportive note , followed by relaxed time over cake and coffee in small group conversations. Our first session is led by an accredited coach, supporting women to leave feeling grounded, empowered, and more connected to themselves and each other. Future gatherings will expand into creative and social experiences like bingo, paint & sip, and book clubs- all rooted in community, ease, and meaningful connection.
