I strongly believe that "practice makes perfect," and there's no better way to improve than by playing with others. I'm setting up this club to create a chill, ego-free space where we can jam on jazz standards, share knowledge, and grow together as musicians. **What We Do** * **Jam Sessions:** Playing through classic jazz standards from the Real Book in a relaxed, supportive environment. * **Skill Building:** Focusing on practical guitar skills—trading fours to improve our **improvisation**, locking in our **comping**, and laying down solid **walking bass line grooves** for each other. * **Networking & Sharing:** Swapping tips on music theory, practice routines, and navigating the fretboard. **Who Is This For?** Whether you're a fellow student figuring out your ii-V-I progressions or just someone wanting a regular space to keep your chops up, you are totally welcome!
