A community of new dads, seasoned dads and dads to be. We meet every 1st and 3rd Sunday at 9.30am for a coffee and a walk. Currently just at District Cafe in Battersea but more locations to follow.

The Nxtion Sports Association (NSA) is a youth focused, community driven sports organisation designed to reimagine how sport is delivered, experienced, and accessed across grassroots and semi professional levels in the UK and beyond. It operates as a multi sport platform that connects football, basketball, Running, Womens Fitness, and wider athletic communities, combining competition, education, media, and social impact under one unified structure. NSA exists to bridge the gap between grassroots participation and professional opportunity, creating structured environments where young people can compete, develop, and gain exposure through tournaments, leagues, events, and content-led storytelling. At its core, NSA is built around three pillars: * Participation: inclusive access to sport across age groups and ability levels * Development: coaching, mentorship, and personal growth pathways * Exposure: media, scouting access, and event-based visibility for talent The association also integrates creative and cultural elements such as sports media production, live event coverage, and community engagement initiatives, ensuring sport is not only played but also documented, shared, and monetised responsibly for community benefit. NSA’s broader vision is to build a scalable sports ecosystem where young athletes are supported holistically, physically, mentally, and creatively while also connecting sport to education, employment, and long term opportunity.

Breathe, Run, Connect is a free community wellness run club hosted by Optimum Retreats founders, Mike & Brit designed to help you reset, move, and connect. Each session begins with a guided 10–15 minute breathwork practice to regulate the nervous system and energise the body, followed by an easy-paced 5K social run/jog suitable for all levels. We finish with a short cool down and optional coffee + connection afterwards.
