She Connects, is a rapidly growing women's wellness community, allowing women to connect, collaborate, and champion local businesses in the process. Officially launched in January 2025, She Connects has already brought over 100 women together through four sold-out events. At its core, She Connects exists to create safe, intentional spaces for women to build community, prioritise their wellbeing, and grow personally and professionally. Unlike traditional networking or wellness platforms, She Connects blends authentic connection with curated in-person experiences designed to feel grounded, accessible, and deeply nourishing.

Created as the sister community to The Sunday Club, Sunday Pace is about so much more than the kilometres. It’s about showing up for yourself, finding your people, and creating a community where no one has to run alone.
