The coaching club

Created by a coach, (EMCC accredited) for coaches and those genuinely curious about coaching, this space is for meaningful connection, shared learning, and real conversations. Whether you’re an experienced coach or exploring what coaching is all about, you’re invited to join if you’re open, reflective, and committed to personal growth. This isn’t about quick fixes - it’s about stepping into a new era of growth. We believe the answers are already within you; this space is about exploring how to access them, with the support and insight of others on a similar path.

Sunday Pace

London

Introducing Sunday Pace. 🏃🏼‍♀️☁️ Launching this September. For the girls who already love running. For the girls who’ve always wanted to give it a go. For the girls looking to meet like-minded women and build genuine friendships. This one is for you. Created as the sister community to The Sunday Club, Sunday Pace is about so much more than the kilometres. It’s about showing up for yourself, finding your people, and creating a community where no one has to run alone. Whether you’re chasing a new goal, taking your very first run, or simply looking for girls to grab a post-run coffee with, you’ll always have a place here. No pressure. No pace expectations. Just movement, connection and community. We cannot wait to welcome you this September!🤍

Too Young To Grieve

Too Young To Grieve is a community for young people navigating life after loss. This space exists to make grief feel less lonely, but also to remind people that life can continue alongside it. Inside this community you’ll find honest conversations, supportive people who understand, in person meet ups, resources, and everyday chats about life, relationships, work, healing and everything in between. Some days grief feels heavy, other days it doesn’t. Both are welcome here. There’s no pressure to share and no expectation to always talk about loss. You can speak openly, quietly listen, make connections, or simply be around people who get it. The goal of this space isn’t to keep people stuck in grief. It’s to create connection, understanding and moments of lightness alongside it.

The Girls Table

Worthing

Making new friends as you get older can be hard. People get busy, friendship groups change, and sometimes you want to meet new people but don't know where to start. That’s where The Girls Table comes in. We’re creating a community that gives you a reason to get out, meet new people and actually build friendships — without having to awkwardly do it alone. Every month, members can expect a free coffee morning and Girls’ Night Out, alongside at least two additional events. These could be active meet-ups, Mingle & Make Mates socials, creative events, wellness activities and more. You can also join Lauren every month for Girls Who Don’t Run Club — our relaxed monthly walk for a catch-up, a good chat and a chance to meet more girls from the community. Members will also get access to local perks, from discounts at Pilates and wellness spots to offers at local businesses, occasional freebies and exclusive event discounts. The idea is simple: meet more people, try new things and always have something in the diary to look forward to. There's always room at The Girls Table 🤍
