Welcome to the Connecting Through Movement Pilates Community! ✨ Living in a big city doesn’t have to feel lonely. Our Pilates community is a welcoming space to move, connect, and make new friends with people who share a love for Pilates, movement, and wellbeing. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced Pilates enthusiast, everyone is welcome. Our community is particularly aimed at residents of Maida Vale, Kilburn, and the surrounding areas who are looking to stay active while meeting like-minded people locally. 🧘‍♀️ Weekly Pilates Classes We host weekly mat Pilates classes for all abilities, from beginner to advanced, led by Kinisis Pilates at Tollgate Gardens Community Centre. Location: Tollgate Gardens Community Centre. Time: Thursdays at 18:00-18:50 pm. Come along for a great workout, a chance to unwind, and an opportunity to meet others in the local community. 🌿 More Than Pilates We’ll also be organising occasional wellness-focused socials and community events, from movement and wellbeing activities to relaxed opportunities to connect outside of class.
