From the creator of The Social Thirties, The Social Run Club is a female-only run club for women in their twenties, thirties and forties who want to move their bodies and meet new people - without pressure, pace obsession, or cliques. These are relaxed, welcoming social runs designed for all abilities. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to running, or already enjoy a steady jog, you’ll be supported every step of the way by our qualified run coach and a group of women who are all there for the same reason. Expect friendly chats, encouragement, laughter, and that post-run feeling of “I’m so glad I came.” There’s no racing, no judgement - just showing up, moving together, and building genuine connections.
