Hi girlies!! My name is Immi and I’m a critical care nurse turned personal trainer. My goal is to encourage women to be strong and confident in all aspects of life!! I hope to use this group to create a community of support, advice and maybe even some social meet ups/events!! Come along for laughter, connection, growth, and some lessons on physical and mental wellbeing for women! I will be hosting a weekly activity (think yoga, wine tastings, cooking classes, women’s circles, hikes, picnics) combing my expertise as a YA certified yoga teacher and holistic health coach, and as an ongoing MSc Psychology student. A great way to get to know others and maybe most importantly, yourself, on a deeper level!
