Amy set it up after moving back to her childhood city and wanting to meet people in their 20s and 30s who had lots of different interests, not just one. It’s a space where everyone is welcome 🤍 We make friends through nature with hikes, crafting, coffees and chats ☕🌿 with socials run at cost or free to keep things accessible.

Weekly meets of like minded women who want to get into running or improve their technique and achieve new running goals or just for fun and to meet new people in the community. We will be running around a particular part of Highbury fields for 1 hour weekly. I will be leading a warm up and cool down before and after our run. The aim is to make women realise their full potential and encourage them with gentle guidance and also enjoy the opportunity to help other women get fitter. Go at your own pace all ages are welcome. I will share advice and answer fitness questions

It operates as a multi sport platform that connects football, basketball, Running, Womens Fitness, and wider athletic communities, combining competition, education, media, and social impact under one unified structure. NSA exists to bridge the gap between grassroots participation and professional opportunity, creating structured environments where young people can compete, develop, and gain exposure through tournaments, leagues, events, and content-led storytelling. At its core, NSA is built around three pillars: * Participation: inclusive access to sport across age groups and ability levels * Development: coaching, mentorship, and personal growth pathways * Exposure: media, scouting access, and event-based visibility for talent The association also integrates creative and cultural elements such as sports media production, live event coverage, and community engagement initiatives, ensuring sport is not only played but also documented, shared, and monetised responsibly for community benefit.
