LIFT is a women’s strength and fitness community designed to help you train with purpose, build confidence, and challenge yourself, at your own level.
We’re here to make performance-based fitness feel accessible. Whether you’re just starting out or already training regularly, LIFT gives you a clear way to show up, get involved, and feel proud of your progress.
Each month, we run a LIFT Challenge a structured workout designed for all levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced), so you can take part in a way that suits you.
We also host live LIFT events, bringing the community together to move, challenge themselves, and experience the energy of doing something new in a supportive, women-only environment.
This isn’t about aesthetics or perfection.
It’s about strength, confidence, and discovering what you’re capable of.
