STRONG GIRLS MOVE SOCIAL

STRONG GIRLS MOVE SOCIAL Sweat & Glow x Caffeine & Kilometres is a Sunday morning social for movement loving girlies. At 9:00am we will meet for a hot girl walk or run club, with all paces welcome. Sweat & Glow will lead the walk pace and Caffeine & Kilometres will lead the run. The walk and run club will be 45 minutes of running or walking around Abington Park. At 10:00am we will finish with a dance cardio warm down led by Sweat & Glow, featuring a girlband themed dance workout. At 10:35am we will head to No.68 for a smoothie social. We are refuelling with No.68, who have kindly given us 10% off all smoothies and protein shakes when pre ordered with your ticket.
