This circle is a safe and supportive space for women to navigate menopause and perimenopause. It is a place to share experiences, anxieties and knowledge about menopause and perimenopause. As an understudied and unspoken issue, The Hearth in partnership with Karin Thyselius, founder of NW8-mums, are trying to remedy the lack of representation menopause receives.
