Move + Connect is a wellness community based in London, created by three friends who share a passion for movement, nourishment, and meaningful connection. Drawing on our diverse backgrounds in the food, wellness and fitness scenes, we create thoughtfully curated events that bring people together to meet new friends, share stories, and build genuine connections in a fun, safe, and welcoming space.

Launched January 2026 A cute, girly, and friendship-focused community for women who love brunches, wellness, dinners, creative workshops, and more. We are all about creating intimate, small events where you can really get to know each other. There is zero tolerance for judgment here. This is for anyone who sometimes feels like they don’t have a friend to do fun things with. We are creating a space where you can meet new friends, share experiences, and enjoy life together.

The Single Girls Club is a community for women aged 25-35 who are embracing single life and building real friendships along the way. It’s a safe, supportive space for honesty and vulnerability, where we can share the highs and lows of life with girls who truly understand. Everyone is in a similar stage, figuring things out, growing, and finding joy in independence while connecting with others who just get it. We host fun, girly events that bring everyone together. Think seasonal get-togethers, wellness days, self-care activities, and nights out where you can dress up, eat, drink, and have the best time. It’s all about doing the things you love, even when you don’t have someone to do them with, and creating genuine friendships along the way.
