your brain is mush. my brain is mush. everyone’s brain is mush. mush is the antidote to overwhelm! a science-backed creative wellness brand built for people who are digitally fried, creatively dormant, and secretly wish they had a proper hobby. this community is where we take that offline. and start getting handsy, IRL, together. before your mind enters the gutter, we mean getting creative, making something, and having an overall laugh. we’re talking monthly meetups - walks, coffee shops, low-key creative moments you can do with your hands in under 30 minutes. no pressure and certainly no artistic ability required. you can be genuinely terrible and still have the best time. that’s kind of the whole point! mush IRL is for dabblers. for the burnt-out professional. for the person who hasn't done anything creative since school and kind of misses it. for anyone who wants to meet interesting people and do something that isn't another drink or another scroll. hi, I'm Jake, the solo founder of mush! I started this because I genuinely believe creativity and doing something with your hands is one of the most underrated tools for feeling like a human again. the science backs that up. the rest is just having a nice time. events are £5. relaxed. fun. you’ll leave feeling weirdly good (and science shows this feeling carries into your next day too)! mush boxes launch end of 2026 👉 mushbox.uk come and be bad at something with us 🤜

In an era where AI writes poems and people date algorithms, the symbolism couldn’t be clearer. We have gained technological intimacy but lost emotional connection. Relationships suffer not from lack of love but from lack of presence. Social fragmentation, rising loneliness, and cultural polarization mark this new Venusian void. An era of cold beauty, where art and emotion are manufactured…but every loss contains a seed of rebirth. The fall of Venus may have also awaken humanity’s longing for real connection. On that note, if you’ve read this far…welcome. Creative events for people who want real connection in London. Not networking, clubbing or another pub quiz. We hosts unexpected, original nights designed to make strangers actually talk to each other. Summer 2026 calendar is live. Hot Takes and Cold Drinks. Palette and People. The Situation Games. Strangers Make Dinner. And more dropping every two weeks. Join the club. First access to every event goes here before anywhere else. Come see what we’re doing.

We are a community for women of colour (and allies) who want to reconnect with themselves and build meaningful connections with others. Founded by Self-Devotion Coach Virali, our mission is to bring women together through coaching, yoga, mindfulness, creativity, and community. We believe that healing happens not only within ourselves but also through the relationships we build and the spaces we share. Through Svastha Social, we host creative workshops and community experiences that celebrate the incredible talent within our community, creating opportunities to learn something new, meet like-minded women, and support one another’s dreams. Alongside our events, you’ll find The Real You™ Coaching Programme, as well as upcoming yoga and mindfulness classes designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self through embodied practices and self-devotion. Whether you’re here to grow, create, connect, or simply find your people, you’re so welcome here 🤍

Connect on Instagram: @meghanolivia__ Mindful Movement by Meghan Olivia exists to hold space for the moments in between: the becoming, the unraveling, the returning. Here, you are invited to move with intention, breathe a little deeper, and reconnect with the version of yourself that has always been there beneath the noise. Every practice is an invitation to slow down, to feel, and to remember that you don’t need to become someone new to be worthy of taking up space. Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling a little more like yourself. And to serve as a reminder that: when beautiful things happen to you, I hope you remember just how worthy you are of receiving them.
