Walpole park 🕕 6pm for a 6.15pm start Who? Anyone who can run 6 to 7 min/km (5km at pace 5 to 6 min/km coming soon... same time, same place) 🚴🏼‍♂️ Bike rides When? Every other Sunday What time? 9.30am Where? Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub Who? Friendly and welcoming club for all! Where Friends Grow 🌱 is a welcoming social club run by No Plant Left Behind, a not-for-profit connecting people with nature — and each other. Amy (me!) set it up after moving back to her childhood city and wanting to meet people in their 20s and 30s who had lots of different interests, not just one. It’s a space where everyone is welcome 🤍 We make friends through nature with hikes, crafting, coffees and chats ☕🌿 with socials run at cost or free to keep things accessible.
