self uncovered collective

self uncovered is a space to slow down, connect and discover a little more of yourself. a community bringing like-minded women together to pause from the noise of everyday life, turn inward, have honest conversations and create meaningful connection with yourself, others and nature. through guided conversations, reflection, journaling, breathwork, movement and connection with nature, we create space to become curious, learn, share, listen and explore the different parts of who we are. come as you are. there's no pressure to be anything other than yourself 🫶 no judgement. no pressure. just space to be, reflect, connect & uncover 🤎
