We are two cousins raising money for Hope and Soul, a charity supporting children, young people, and families in Tanzania. In 2022, it was estimated that 44% of families in Tanzania were still living in extreme poverty, and Hope and Soul witnesses families and children in desperate need every day within the Arusha district. The charity began by supporting street children and has grown into providing holistic tamily support, focusing on prevention and helping families stay together wherever possible. Their aim is to give children the chance to grow up in a safe, loving environment and avoid life on the streets or entering orphanages due to poverty. Hope and Soul also supports children and young people who cannot remain in unsafe home environments, helping provide equal opportunities and working to break the cycle of generational poverty and trauma. A huge part of their work is helping children access quality education, giving them the tools and resources to build a brighter future. Any donation, big or small, would mean so much to us and to the families Hope and Soul supports. Thank you so much for your kindness and support

Connect on Instagram: @meghanolivia__ Mindful Movement by Meghan Olivia exists to hold space for the moments in between: the becoming, the unraveling, the returning. Here, you are invited to move with intention, breathe a little deeper, and reconnect with the version of yourself that has always been there beneath the noise. Every practice is an invitation to slow down, to feel, and to remember that you don’t need to become someone new to be worthy of taking up space. Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling a little more like yourself. And to serve as a reminder that: when beautiful things happen to you, I hope you remember just how worthy you are of receiving them.

Everyone has a Vinted, Depop, or eBay pile that would be easier to sell in person, and with London’s weather being famously unpredictable, who really wants to risk standing at a classic boot sale in the rain? Let’s face it, many of us don’t have a car either. That’s why, last summer I hosted the very first No-Car Boot Sale (aka Out-of-Suitcase Sale) in London and before I do the next one, I wanted to create a community of girls to see the demand and spread the word 👠🥿👗👙 Join this community if you love the idea and let’s make this happen again 🫶🏻

R5 Run Club is a free-to-join club set up in Leicester. We run twice a week, on a Thursday evening and a Sunday morning. Thursday evenings begin at 7:00pm and alternate between a 5-7km run starting from New Walk Museum and a more regimented drills session starting in Victoria Park by the Memorial. On Sunday mornings we meet at 9:00am at Victoria Park War Memorial for our long runs, these are currently around 15km. This always ends with coffee on Queens Road in Clarendon Park. All abilities are welcome to the Thursday sessions, and for the Sunday sessions all we ask is that you feel comfortable with the distance. A super social club where our members support each other and most importantly have a good time!!
