If your menopause didn’t arrive gradually, but instead happened suddenly, medically, and often alongside a diagnosis, this space is for you. Surgical menopause is different. It can feel intense, isolating, and overwhelming; physically, emotionally, and mentally. And yet, so many women are expected to “just get on with it” without the right support, language, or understanding. Inside The Surgical Menopause Club, we talk about: what surgical menopause actually feels like (not just the clinical version) managing symptoms after hysterectomy or ovary removal navigating identity, confidence, and life changes returning to work and advocating for support rebuilding trust with your body at your own pace This is not a one-size-fits-all approach to menopause. It’s a space for real experiences, shared stories, and practical support; where you don’t have to explain yourself, minimise your symptoms, or feel like you’re the only one going through it.
